1. SPRING LEAGUE 2007Ultimate is back. Spring league kicks off Monday, March 5. All levels welcome. For all the league information you need, visit our league page here.
The league will run for nine weeks plus semis and finals. Check the calendar for the dates.
PLEASE SIGN UP SOON, AS SPOTS ARE FILLING UP QUICKLY AND WE WANT ALL OF YOU TO BE ABLE TO PLAY!

2. PLYOMETRICSCome see Nads fly around the track every monday and wednesday night at the SUPA plyo/track workout.
Bring a healthy proletarian attitude and a blue collar, because these workouts are definitely not for the bourgeois.

3. BOWLINGThursday nights after bowling, make sure you head to the lanes for bowling night. Check the calendar or get in touch with Captain Kenney for directions to the lanes, or join us for plyos and go directly from there.
The field is wide open now that NoContest has ventured abroad.

4. INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTSShanghai will be attending a number of international tournaments this year, including tournaments in Europe and the US.
Let one of your favourite SUPA members know if you would like to be a part of any of these teams. This includes former SUPA members who might be elsewhere nowadays.
