1. Plyos Wednesday 6/21
Nads will be running plyos this wednesday at 7pm at the Jing'an Stadium fields.

Come hang out and get your sweat on, watch Nads do jumping jacks and maybe pull a groin or two.
2. Bowling Thursday with Captain Kenney
Brian Kenney, and his wayward brother Keith, will be putting on a clinic at the Hengshan Lanes next to Real Love, for those of you who like to roll like Big Ern McCracken.

Buy a few road sodas at the Lawsons and come on down, starting around 9pm. Contact Brian or Jud for more info.
3. Message from Jud - Summer League Coordinator
Summer is on, the weather is hot, and Disks are flying at the Jing An Fields
every Monday night Starting June 26 from 8pm to 10pm. Depending on turn out,
we'll run scrimmage matches, Round Robin's, or just plain Pick Up. It's a
great time to work on improving your game, play with people you've usually
played against, introduce your friends to the sport, and just plain
socialize while getting some exercise to go with. It's loose, it's casual,
it's fun; so come out to play and bring your friends with.

It's 400 RMB for 10 weeks or 50 RMB per night. Bring a Light and Dark T
shirt, a disk, water and good spirit. See you on the fields. P.S. Show up a
bit early to stretch and warm up.
4. Saturday Pick-Up 6/24
There will be pickup on Saturday, but the time is yet to be determined.

Check on the website later in the week if you are interested in running around. Good times, lots of Fosters.
5. Sponsor Links
Big Bamboo
They are our major sponsor. Let's sponsor them. When you have that meeting or that new guy in town, take him there. And introduce him to Bryce, the owner. Good Times (with a capital T) will ensue. Nanyang Lu and Xikang Lu. Open all the time. Great food.

Sherpa's
Dial up Swill Turnover and order something from Sherpas. They dialed SUPA's number in a big way with a fat sponsorship. Let's return the favor.

Zentral
Make sure to head to Zentral for your after-pick-up meal... The nice people there will hand you an ice-cold Qingdao for ordering an entree.

Mediterranean Cafe
If you haven't eaten here, you don't know what you are missing. Go grab a shawarma on laffa or an order of hummus. Your taste buds will thank you.

SEIMC
Kick-ass medical staff, came out and supported the tournament with kick-ass service and even more kick-ass attitudes. If you get your ass kicked (on the frisbee field or otherwise), head here to get those aches and pains tended to by professionals...
