1. Saturday, April 15th @ SRFCSaturday plan as follows:
10:30 - 11:30 - Conditioning, throwing, and warm up (for those who are seriously trying to make a competitive traveling team. Please no first-timers)
11:30 - 1:00 - Practice / Tryouts (same drill on competitive spirit)
1:00 - 2ish - Pick Up. Good disc. Good beer (I think 2ish means we can play till 2:30)
Check the website for further updates...
2. Saturday night @ Plan BShanghai's own Brian Kenney will be throwing a SUPA fundraising party at Plan B this Saturday from 9pm until late. There will be:
- Raffles
- Pool Competition - email Brian to register
- Cheap beers
- Cheap shots
- Good times
Hope to see you all there for what should be a raucous party. Come support SUPA and get faced in the process.

3. Monday Night League - April 17thGames:
- The Passion vs. HuangPu Stew
- Go Dutch! vs. Code Blue
Insiders are saying that Huangpu Stu is the runaway favorite for league champions this spring. Does the Passion have a chance in hell of beating the be-jesus out of them?
Code Blue is still looking for its first win, this week against Pam Guy and the orange agents of Go Dutch! Who will emerge victorious?
4. Luscious PlyometricsEvery Monday and Wednesday night Lou has been gracious enough to put together a plyometrics program for everyone in SUPA (and beyond) to better their speed, quickness, and stamina.
Mondays at 6:30pm before league.
Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
The venue is Jing'an Workers' Stadium. Come with a good attitude and leave with wobbly legs.

6. Sponsor LinksBig Bamboo
They are our major sponsor. Let's sponsor them. When you have that meeting or that new guy in town, take him there. And introduce him to Bryce, the owner. Good Times (with a capital T) will ensue. Nanyang Lu and Xikang Lu. Open all the time. Great food.
Sherpa's
Dial up Swill Turnover and order something from Sherpas. They dialed SUPA's number in a big way with a fat sponsorship. Let's return the favor.
Zentral
Make sure to head to Zentral for your after-pick-up meal... The nice people there will hand you an ice-cold Qingdao for ordering an entree.
Mediterranean Cafe
If you haven't eaten here, you don't know what you are missing. Go grab a shawarma on laffa or an order of hummus. Your taste buds will thank you.
