Welcome to the SUPA website! Ultimate is alive and well in Shanghai and all the information you need to get involved is here. SUPA events include an annual tournament, spring and fall leagues, and pick-up almost every week in-between.

If your daughter likes netball, have her check out ultimate as well. |
